As part of our commitment to engage with as many residents as we can, we are going to be trialling street surgeries. Our neighbouring Councillors in the Swadlincote Ward do regular Street Surgeries and they have received good feedback.
The way a street surgery works is as follows:
We will deliver a leaflet in the week leading up to the Surgery stating the time of the surgery (10:30am - 12pm). If you want us to knock on your door during the surgery, please display it is a visible place and we will knock on your door.
If there is no leaflet on the window we will not knock on the door but will post a leaflet giving you the chance of feedback to us.
Our first Street Surgery will be on Church Street on 27th July.
