Presently there has not been an application submitted to South Derbyshire District Council and this report does not really state anything more than was discussed between the developer and residents at the recent meeting, other than perhaps hinting that a preferred route of access to the proposed development would be via Thorpe Downs Road.
As soon as an application is submitted, we will let residents know.
