Last week saw a relatively short Housing & Community Services Meeting. The main item on the agenda was to approve the grants selected for the Community Partnership team. The council continues to support voluntary organisations as the benefit of these organisations is noted by the council, particularly as many underpin good work in the local community.
The week ahead has 2 meetings on Thursday. At 10am is the flood liaison committee, which does not affect Gresley to any great extent. More importantly is the Finance & Management Committee at 6pm. The link is below:
